El Campello

Knödel is a lovely, male senior! He was a great companion and I loved the quality, tranquil time we spend together. Susy and Christian are very friendly and welcoming hosts and gave a smooth tour of their lovely family & sustainable home :) The location with sea & mountains nearby is an extra plus on top of this. I can absolutely recommend this pet- and house sit. It was my first Nomador sit and a great match. It was lovely to get to know Knödel and meet them all. Thank you Susy for the opportunity and your trust! Knödel his purring is great when he installs next to you, or behind you (depending on chair or couch). He wants to curl up real close to you :) nice and warm, just as the floor heating system. His body and 'verbal' language is very clear, Knödel will let you know when he prefers this close human contact, or wants to sleep, or with meowing when he wants food or wants to go in- or outside. Knödel was easy with food also due to the precise information Susy gave me about his character and routine. In all, and following instructions, it didn't take me long to connect. He can be a bit startled before you know him, or when you wake him to too sudden. Give him his space, talk a bit, cuddle him, and you have a quick and good connection (Knödel time!). When I was in the pool area, also for winter dipping, he came looking for me. And when returning home from the very nearby beaches, or one of the hikes in the amazing variety of different mountain landscapes 15 / 20 minutes or further away by car, Knödel always greeted me, the start of good Knödel time :) Susy & Christian were very friendly and welcoming, left enough wood for their wood burner if needed (i didn't), and are super quick with replying on my daily Knödel images and questions if I had them (almost none). Their house has a super ecominded solar thermal system and view on use of water, which made me enjoy this sit even more (matches my eco footprint). It was great spending time with Knödel, and again Susy: thank you for this opportunity & your trust! Give Knödel a cuddle from me!

We enjoyed Knödel and house-sitting for our hosts! Knödel is a very friendly male cat, easy to care for, liked cuddles and didn't cause any trouble at all. He talked a lot and we had many funny conversations with him :) Our hosts - Susy, Christian and Greta are very friendly, positive, very informative and easily reachable. They provided us with plenty of room for our things and helpful information about the area and surrounding mountains. The house is spacious, full of light and greenery, and very comfortable. It is also situated in a calm neighborhood, surrounded by a lot of trees and close to various beaches. We are very grateful for the opportunity to stay there!
