Nuage ( Cloud) is a young Siberian cat, 9 months old, " fixed", playful, energetic.
Needs regular feeding hours, and to be entertained, brushed daily, and tender loving care..There is a balcony and he likes to go there ( he has a harness and a leas) when it's not too cold.
I am expecting the person to be experimented,have strong references,, be respectful of the place and the neighbors.

Second floor apartment in a residential building of 8 units on the Lachine Canal, in the St Henri-Atwater neighborhood of Montreal.
Very sunny ( corner apartment, 10 windows) and comfortable. Nicely furnished and equipped.
Close to a very nice market, close to bike and foot paths on the canal ( snowshoe and cross-country ski.
Close to public transport.

Wifi, park in front, piano, sound system.
Games for the cat.

Our home is a retreat in town. Very quiet and lots of light.
Ideal for writing or studying.
Furnishing is eclectic with lots of artwork and books.
There is ample possibilities of walking around.
Access to downtown very easy with subway .
