We have a cute, relaxed and curious cat named Sticker. He likes to be petted and adores all the attention he can get. We expect our house sitters to take good daily care of Sticker (food, litter box, lots of petting and attention) and to take him down to the garden (on a leash) for playing, on average approx 30 mins per day.

Next to that, the plants in the living room and especially on the balcony need to be watered 2-3 times per week.

Haus

Spacious, light apartment in Paris, with separate guest room and guest bath room. The apartment is equiped with all modern conveniences and is on one of the higher-up floor levels of the building. It has a balcony that offers great views of the park and ample space for sitting/relaxing.

The apartment is located in Paris' 14th arondissement. The nearest tram/RERtrain station (Cité Universitaire) 6 minutes away by foot and a bus stop is directly opposite our building.

The house has two new bathrooms with spacious showers. We have two bikes available (one man's + one woman's).

The WiFi is strong and stable (fibre optic). We do not have a TV but you can use your laptop on the WiFi to watch TV.

There is a great park directly in front of the building. In the neighbourhood there are plenty of restaurants, grocery shops, supermarkets and a market (2x per week). All transportations options are nearby so it is very convenient to visit the sights of Paris. An ideal base to relax and from which you can explore Paris.

The apartment has a big communal garden which we use use to let Sticker play in (on a leash).

The communication was great with Ruud and Mariska, they're a very lovely couple that gave all the neccesary details on how to take care of the cat and house, they also answered all our questions. We really enjoyed our house-sit in Paris.
