The apartment is located in Gesundbrunnen, Berlin and a 7 minute walk to Gesundbrunnen Bahnhof and 5 minutes walk to Humboldthain station. Quiet, safe and really well located, a short ride to the main Berlin landmarks.

The apartment is brand new, we're the first tenants. There's some gym equipment, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 office, cooking equipment and a balcony.

Gesundbrunnen has a lot of good restaurants in the area. There's a large shopping mall nearby and parks everywhere. The area is very green, quiet at night and very well connected to public transport (a bus stop in front of the apartment building and two train stations nearby).

Une très bonne adresse : certainement un des chats les plus adorables de Nomador, un appartement agréable avec des transports à proximité, et Lise qui répond dès qu’on a une question. Tout ce qui faut pour visiter Berlin dans de bonnes conditions. J’ai adoré !
