We have a Bengal (Aquila - M) and a Balinese (Sascha - F) cat. They both need to be fed twice a day - at morning and at night, with no specific time frame. They appreciate snacks in between meal times. Their cat litter also needs to be cleaned (scooped) twice a day, also in the morning, and at night. They are very low maintenance. Aquila is very shy but he will be your best friend if you give him food. Sascha loves human attention, she is a little difficult to feed during regular feeding times, but she will eat cat treats any time. In general, it's not a problem keeping them nourished. They are both indoor cats, so leaving them in the apartment should not be a problem. If you could also help watering the plants every now and then, it would be very much appreciated.

Visit the charming towns of Eltville (41min drive) and Heidelberg (57min drive) for a historic and cultural day trip, or visit Rüdesheim (57min drive) for wine tasting straight from the vineyards. If you want to cross the border, Luxembourg (3hrs drive) and Strasbourg in France (2.5hrs drive) are west of the border.

I was in Sachsenhausen for 5 days. I wish I wouldn’t have read the other reviews. Else I would have written about Tim who is a perfect host, the tastefully and perfectly equipped apartment, the very beautiful and easy cats, the nice neighborhood and city of Frankfurt. Let me add this : if Nomador was Michelin, this cat sitting would easily collect every star available.

My first house sit experience was a long weekend in Frankfurt. Felipe gave me a very friendly welcome and explained everything I needed to know so that it was easy to find my way around. The tastefully furnished apartment is a great place to stay with 2 beautiful furry friends. I really enjoyed my first sit in the company of Aquila and Sascha, who were very adorable and already sharing the bed with me on the very first night. 😻 On the day of departure, Felipe invited me to a delicious breakfast in a cozy café nearby as a thank you. All in all, a great experience that I would definitely like to repeat. Many thanks to Tim & Felipe for your trust!

Aquila and Sascha were very easy to look after and were good companions during our stay. Felipe was friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed. As a bonus, we were within walking distance of several great museums. We would gladly look after the cats again.
