This is a brand new 1BR home with many recently-planted trees and plants. We are looking for someone that is happy to spend about 30 minutes per day watering. Since the house is literally brand new, we are looking for someone that can communicate & troubleshoot any issues that may come up.

I had an amazing experience in Sam Roi Yot at Lynn and Chris' house. I was working online, it is a really quiet and beautiful place close to the beach with a lot of possible activities. When I arrived Lynn took the time to show me the area, how everything worked and introduced me to their cats. Cleo and Oscar were a bit shy during a few days but then they were friendly and followed me every morning while I was wattering the garden, how sweet! Oscar loves his milk treat and being brushed while Cleo enjoys playing with a toy and being pet. When I had some issues Chris and Lynn were very reactive and all went well during my stay. They gave me some advice on the best activities to do and left a map with all their favorite places to go to. I can only highly recommand to take care of their house and kitties. Thanks for your trust and for this amazing opportunity to come to Thailand 🤗

Lynn and Chris are very friendly people, they try to accommodate as much as possible. Their house is lovely, very beautiful and well equipped. Oscar and Cleo are such lovely cats, they are very shy at first and very warm and cuddly when they trust you. They love their milk break (especially Oscar) and Cleo is a very playful buddy! We loved our time in Lynn and Chris villa, it is very quiet place. We enjoyed our stay!
