Ima

I had an agreement on house sit with Ima for the period from November 15 to December 15 2025. The house is located in Andalusian village in the middle of a 5 Ha land. Her responsibilities were related with taking care of the animals, the potted plants around the house, the garden, taking care of the house and keeping us up to date with the status of all these, as detailed below. Animals There are many animals living at the property and they are our number one priority. They include 2 donkeys (one of them pregnant), one dog, 5 cats, 12 chickens and some pigeons. From the concerns she raises, the photos I received and the way the animals respond to her, I could tell that Ima approaches the animals with a lot of love and care. Also, she is competent and observant, which is not easy with such a numerous crowd. Potted plants Once again, care and competence were outstanding. Ima understands the needs of the plants and is willing to dedicate the effort required for their care, from watering to transplanting them when needed. Garden The garden responsibilities include irrigation, taking care of the compost pile, and general maintenance. I have the habit of reminding people taking care of the garden of what needs to be done. With Ima, I noticed that she was thinking ahead, not needing constant reminding. Housekeep The house was kept in excellent condition and the general organization improved during her stay - OUTSTANDING Interacting with other people We had some maintenance work done at the house and Ima represented us in the relation with the construction team. Also, the transition to the next house sitters was done seamlessly. Staying in contact Because of the complexity of the place, staying in contact with the house sitter is of utmost priority to us. Ima provided constant updates and her photos and videos are pure art. Conclusion Although my impression of Ima was very positive from the beginning, she still managed to positively surprise me. She loves animals, she cares for plants, she respects the property and she interacts with the other people that may come her way in a mature and respectful manner. I highly recommend Ima for any housekeeping task she may show interest in.
