All our animals are mixed breeds (rescue animals). The dogs are middle-sized and love to go for walks. The chickens rooms in the garden during the day (ni problem with the dogs). The cat is mostly staying in the house but can go out as well. We expect from a house-sitter to look after the animals and enjoy the beautiful neighbourhood.

Modern house in the middle of a wooded area. Completely fenced (1,80m). Lots of areas for walking, close to the French border (Givet 2,5km). 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open kitchen/dining room/living room, large veranda and terrace. Very big garden with a chicken coop (6 chickens)

You can do a lot of hiking, biking, exploring nature.

Life is very peaceful a d relaxing. Very friendly neigbours. Shopping is close-by but you need a car. Nice restaurants in the area as well. Swimmingpool/bowling at 10min by car.

This was a rewarding pet sit for us looking after two large rescue dogs, Niko and Ben, who were in the process of being fostered. Kuo Wei gave us a very good explanation of their personalities and history, and had set up an efficient feeding regime that was easy to follow. We loved our daily walks with Niko and Ben in the nearby forest, playing with them in the extra large yard, and they quickly gave us their trust and affection. We also looked after Mimi (a gorgeous and friendly cat) and six beautiful hens. The house is large, modern and comfortable, on a deep wooded lot with plenty of room for the dogs to run and play. We felt immersed in nature as there are views from all rooms in the house of the surrounding forest and the yard. Beauraing is in a beautiful area of Belgium just a few minutes from the French border with many wonderful things to see and do within a 25 minute drive from the house. Thank you Kuo Wei and Peggy for your generosity, excellent communication while you were away and for all you did to get the house and dogs ready for our sit. We admire the work, dedication and success you have with fostering dogs for placement in their forever homes. We loved our time there and will sorely miss our walks and play time with Niko and Ben.
