I am a 36-year-old Canadian freelance writer and editor currently living in Edinburgh, Scotland. As traveling is a hobby of mine, I have been interested in the concept of house-sitting for years, but my previous career didn't afford me the time. My ideal day would be getting up early, caring for the animals, writing during the day, and relaxing outside with a bottle of wine in the evening — with the animals, of course.
