We have two mixed breeds. Lea comes from Italy, is 4 years old and weighs 25kg. She resembles a golden retriever, Sam is 1 and a half years old, comes from Tirol, and weighs 15 kg. One of his ancestors must have been a terrier. The dogs need to fed twice a day, let into garden at least three times a day, and do enjoy walks in the neighborhood. In addition, we have many indoor plants to water, and in summer, the garden needs to be watered, too.

The house is located in a very quiet and rural neighborhood amidst the vineyards of Vienna. Grinzing, the neighborhood, is known for its Heurigen, where you can find good wine and traditional food. The tram and bus, 10 minutes from the house, take you into the Centre of Vienna in 30 minutes. The forest is close by, and so are the Danube and outdoor swimmingpools.

We had a great time in Vienna, Anne made us feel welcome and prepared a meal for us on our first evening. We enjoyed the exchanges we had with her during our stay. Her dogs Lea and Samy were adorable, a little nervous to start with but they soon came round and were having lots of cuddles. The location was wonderful for both dog walking, through vineyards and for sightseeing in Vienna. Excellent transport links from Grinzing to Vienna, by tram or bus, ensured we were able to make the most of our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Vienna. Anne is very nice and a good communicator. We could meet the dogs with her which is good because they are shy at first but full of affection when they know you. The house is very comfortable.
