I have a sweet older dog who needs to be walked, fed, and cared for. I also have lots of plants, some on the balcony that may need to be watered daily!

Seixal is 30 minutes door to door to Cais do Sodre in Lisbon by ferry, no car required- but locally, it's a beautiful and peaceful little village that's right on the water, and is packed with parks and trails and nature to explore as well as cafes and shops and everything you need to be comfortable. It's been a real sanctuary!

Being so close to Lisbon, it's easy to visit and explore or hit the beaches in Costa da Caparica, but equally, if you would like to visit a special small fishing village, explore and find a shepherd with his flock, take a boat or kayak out on the bay, learn windsurfing or just have some really good food- Seixal is great :)
