The apartment is on the northwest side of Chicago, directly overlooking the north end of Humboldt Park (the actual park). It's the top floor corner unit of a 3-floor walkup. It has 2 beds, 2 baths, two kitties + lots of plants. There is in-unit laundry and a dishwasher and the apartment has an immense amount of natural light and a back deck area.
