Taking care of this beautiful chateau-like home and the very friendly beagle and golden retriever was a true delight. The location enables you to explore the very scenic countryside in all directions, including quite a few historic castles, chateaus and country villages and the city of Strasbourg is just an hour away. Philippe and Nicolas both speak fluent English and are thoughtful, interesting and intelligent folks who clearly enjoy meeting people and treating them with kindness. It was a joy sharing dinner with them and they always responded very promptly when I texted them with occasional questions. A great experience, I hope I hear from them again!
