Nous sommes ravis d'avoir choisi Heidi et Helmut pour ce cat-sitting avec nos trois chats. Ils ont su très bien s'occuper d'eux, ils étaient ravis. Nous les avons donc retrouvés très détendus, comme si nous n'étions jamais partis. Notre logement était nikel également. Vous pouvez donc leur faire toute confiance à la fois pour vos animaux et votre habitat. Nous ne manquerons pas de les contacter à nouveau pour une prochaine fois.

Pendant mon absence, j'étais tout-à-fait tranquille grâce à la présence de Helmut et Heidi à la maison. Ils ont bien câliné notre chat et nos tortues. Ils ont donné de leurs nouvelles (photos). Ils ont aussi "sauvé" les fleurs du jardin grâce à leur vigilance, en ce temps de canicule. J'ai retrouvé mon chat totalement détendu. Je les recommande !

Helmut and Heidi were sitting my cat Loki and the plants. This was my first normador experience and I enjoyed it very much! They where super friendly and are interested in different ways of living. I don't have a TV or wifi but they took it as a new experience. They updated me on what's going on and how it's going with Loki so I always had a good feeling about being away from my Loki. They tried hard with patience and snacks but Loki didn't really opened up to them. Well... The next cat surely will! ;) Have a good time you two! Love from Leipzig - Bex and Loki

Even without any references - it was their first mission as cat sitters - they left a very good impression right after the first video chat. Heidi and Helmut were a very good match. They prefer to stay in or near the house and don't have the need to socialize with others. They are very independent. Both took very good care of our cat Susi and the household. Upon asking for an update, they responded quickly and with pictures. We can recommend them fully as house and animal sitters.
