C'était ma première expérience Nomador chez Denise et j'ai eu beaucoup de chance ! L'appartement de Denise est très agréable, spacieux, très propre, il y a une grande terrasse et j'ai même eu ma chambre privée. Quel luxe! De plus la jolie petite ville de Sitges est très agréable aussi et la mer est à environ 15 minutes à pieds. Denise est une femme avec un grand coeur: elle prend soin des chats de la rue, et ses chats sont des anciens chats des rues. Elle est une personne très sensible. Je suis très contente de l'avoir rencontrée. Nous avons beaucoup parlons car nous sommes restées 3 jours ensemble après son retour. J'ai rencontré plus qu'une hôte, elle est comme une copine. Les chats sont très sympathiques et amusants, mais discrets aussi. Chacun fait sa vie. Au bout de quelques jours vous allez découvrir leurs personnalités: Amber la princesse, Raisin le sensible un peu fatigué, Darty le bad boy, Jack l'aventurier :) Je vous laisse les découvrir :)... It was my first Nomador experience and I was very lucky! Denise's apartment is very nice, spacious, very clean, there is a large terrace and I even had my private room. What luxury! In addition the pretty little town of Sitges is also very pleasant and the sea is about 15 minutes away on foot. Denise is a woman with a big heart: she takes care of street cats, and her cats are former street cats. She is a very sensitive person. I am very happy to have met her. We talked a lot because we stayed together for 3 days after her return. I met more than a host, she is like a friend. The cats are very friendly and funny, but discreet too. Everyone makes their own life. After a few days you will discover their personalities: Amber the princess, Raisin the sensitive a little tired, Darty the bad boy, Jack the adventurer :) But I let you discover them :)...

Ne vous laissez pas intimider par le nombre de chats, à la fois présents au niveau des jeux et des câlins et très indépendants, ils naviguent à leur guise du duplex au jardin sans poser de problème. L'appartement-maison de Denise baigne dans une ambiance feng shui qui favorise le bien-être tout en étant à une quinzaine de minutes à pied du bouillonnant et charmant centre de Sitges (musées, galeries d'art, plages, gare, restaurants, magasins de vêtements, d'artisanat et de bouche, supermarchés...). Charme et dépaysement garanti à proximité de Barcelone, facilement accessible en train, en bus et en voiture. Cerise sur le gâteau, le stationnement gratuit sur un parking situé à deux pas de la maison.

Denise is a wonderful woman in every way. She is also a perfect host: caring, kind, funny, intelligent, empathetic.... She did everything in her power to make me feel at home: she came to pick me up at the station to help me with my bags, she had delicious food prepared to share with me, she took me in the car to do my shopping for the week, she spent the afternoon getting to know us and explaining the dynamics of her beautiful cats and her home... It felt like a meeting between friends, that's the magic of housesitting. Denise's cats are a source of love and are very well behaved. Each one has a different personality, but they are all affectionate, easy going and calm. Being with them brings a lot of peace of mind. They are also exquisitely polite and you don't have to worry about them breaking things or getting into mischief. Finally, the house is a dream: big and bright, a real ode to Mediterranean light. It is comfortable, beautiful, practical, landscaped, and beautifully decorated. Maybe someone thinks that 5 cats are a lot of cats, but in this spacious house and with such nice cats, I promise you that everything is very easy and organic and cosy. In short, I can only thank Denise for all her love and confidence, I was like a queen in her house, and with an unbeatable cat company!!

Denise left good instructions on how to care for the cats, and directions to shops, transport and attractions. Her home was clean and comfortable and well equipped, walking distance to the Old Town and beaches. The cats stayed home more as they got used to me and had unique personalities that one could become fond of, and were nice company.
