Hi, my name is Stella, 35 yo, adventurous person with the biggest heart for animals. I actually grew up on a little farm and we always have had cats and dogs, chickens, some goats & sheep, horses and some cows.
I'm a member of the animal shelter for more than 15 years now, in the city of Ghent. In the past 6 years I did Workaway-trips to Copenhagen, Helsinki and France, where I took care of many cats, dogs, even horses, …
I would love to visit/discover other places this year and give love to animals, when their humans are travelling ☺️

Stella was a lovely host and catsitter for Marius! Communication was always smooth, Stella was proactive and made sure to send regular cute news. I felt super at ease and relieved during my time away, knowing Marius was in good company. She took very good care of him 🐈, but also of the plants 🌿 and the flat, which I found tidy and neat upon my return. With a bonus dish in the fridge, very much appreciated after a long trip! I definitely recommand Stella. Thank you so much again for your stay !

What a pleasure it was to have Stella take care of our two four-legged “Boys”! She was so pleasant, kind, resourceful, fun, responsible, competent, creative, and intelligent! Our home was spotless when we returned and she had a delicious dinner waiting for us. Our only regret was not having more time to spend with her ourselves. We truly feel as if we have a new member of the family and will make sure our paths will cross again someday in our travels.
