Gert was a great guest. Communication was very smooth from the beginning. Gert took excellent care of our cat and brushed him several times per day - our cat loved it and has never looked better! Gert provided frequent updates and was very pleasant to interact with. He left the apartment clean and tidy - definitely recommend.

My cats were safe, and Gert respected their space, which matters because they can be cautious with unfamiliar people. However, there was one important issue for me. I later learned that people unknown to me had been invited into my apartment during the stay. This was not discussed with me in advance, I did not give my consent, and I was not informed afterwards. I have to say this was upsetting for me, because when I give someone the keys to my home, I am trusting them with my personal space, my belongings, and the safety of my pets. Overall, I appreciated the friendly communication, the clean apartment, and the practical help, but I wish this situation had been handled with more transparency and prior agreement.
