Why did I not received the email with the link of confirmation of registration?
Check your “spam” e-mail folder, because some ISPs filter out emails containing links.
Is the private information I register made public?
Detailed information on members (Surname, telephone, email) is never available, except when members directly inform one another. No personal information (Surname, telephone,email adress...) is circulated.
Documents providing evidence of ID are seen only by the Website moderators. They are erased from the servers as soon as the moderators validate them.

For home and pet owners :

- Contact house-sitters directly
- Publish unlimited listings to receive applications
For house-sitters :
- View offers reserved for subscribed members
- Apply to an unlimited number of offers
- Be contacted directly by owners looking for sitters
Some users sometimes ask us about fees that may appear on their bank account following the payment of a subscription (usually a few cents). All of our credit card payments are handled by an international secure payment platform (Stripe). When you make a payment on Nomador, Stripe collects it and then transfers the corresponding funds to us, minus its commission, which is entirely paid by Nomador. Stripe collects in the currency chosen by the sender and for the amount requested by the latter, without taking any commission. Any overdraft is therefore the responsibility of the issuer's bank, to the exclusive benefit of the issuer. Excess debits are a consequence of the contractual and bilateral relationship between the cardholder and his bank.
Right of withdrawal: As stated in our general terms and conditions, you have a right of withdrawal during 14 days after purchasing a premium membership. This right is only valid if you have not yet used the paid service. To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply write to us using the contact form on the site, indicating your full name, the email address used for your Nomador account and the date of payment of your subscription. A member of our customer relationship team will respond to your request as soon as possible.
The subscription is taken out for a period of 3 or 12 months, automatically renewable and is cancelable at any time from your user account.
I have lost my password, how can I change it?
Click on "Forgot password", or go to this page, and then:
In box 1: enter your e-mail In box 2: enter the code that was sent to you by e-mail In box 3: enter a new password
How do I update personal details such as email address, etc.?
Log in to your account and click on your Username at the top of the page.
You can get to your settings by going to the Account Parameters tab. All other tabs allow you to change key points in your Profile (ID, photograph, profile, etc..)
How can I delete my account?
Send a message via the Contact form on the website and ask to have your account deleted. After a moderator has checked that it will not adversely affect other members (particularly that no future house-sit has been planned), it will be removed from the website.
