As a couple/duo
We are a retired couple in our late 50s. I was a nurse and my husband taught in the medical field. We have 2 adult children and one grand child. We are very fun-loving, energetic and adventurous, and love to travel and meet new people. We love experiencing local life as well as typical touristy things. We enjoy the company of animals, particularly cats and dogs, as we have owned and cared for both in the past. We love taking long walks with dogs, and cuddling cats in our laps. We do not currently have any pets because our 2 beloved cats passed a few years ago: one lived to be 22 years old! Our hearts are not yet ready to have other pets now. We are very down-to-earth, tidy, and have much respect for other's homes. We have used AirBNB many times and have great reviews, always leaving the homes as they were when we arrived. Thus far we have only sat for friend's and family's pets due to limited travel time when we were working. We would love to help you care for your home and pets while you are away, and be able to better experience local living. Since we retired in 2025, we hope to be able to do some short and long term sits around the globe-we are open to just about anywhere. We look forward to helping you out when you travel, while you allow us to experience your part of the world too.
