I'm a recently retired Security and Crisis management expert with a big interest in travel and experiences. I live in Stockholm, Sweden and I'm single and very experienced solo world traveler.
I use to have cats for many years and have helped friends with their dogs but I don't have any pets now.
I am caring, kind, responsible, loves animals, independent and well organized and used to different kind of cultures, environments and problem solving. One of my big interests is rock climbing and mountain hiking but I also enjoy gardening a great lot. One of the best ways of relaxing is long walks with or without a dog even though it's nicer with a dogs company of course. I think house sitting seems a wonderful way to take care of nice pets, meet new people, experience new places and practice my languages.
I speak English, a bit French and some Italian.

Elvira est une perle. Elle s'est très bien occupée de Téquila, de la maison et de me donner des nouvelles quotidiennement. Je suis revenue et le jardin était vert et fleuri. Lors de mon retour, le réfrigérateur était plein ainsi que les placards.

Princesse et moi, nous avons eu beaucoup de chance de rencontrer Elvira. C'est une femme indépendante, dégourdie, très respectueuse, et qui s'est occupée de ma chienne avec beaucoup de soin.
