My name is Evelien and I am 60 years old. Since I have the summers off due to working for a university of applied science, I have time available to look after pets and travel a bit at the same time. My husband Chris is both English and Dutch and has less vacation available, hence I will come alone as he will be working.
I live and work in The Netherlands and we have 2 grown up children (31 and 28). We have always had pets and a garden and we enjoy looking after them. I grew up with a cat at home and last year we had to say goodbye to our dog (15). Currently we have 2 goldfish as we work a lot and feel this is not fair to a dog or cat at this point in time until retirement.
Since I enjoy France and speak reasonable French, I am looking for an option to pet sit there.
