I'm an energetic 63-year-old freelance writer/journalist. I've taught English and art at public and private schools, passing the requisite background checks. I'm adventurous, and have completed triathlons and an Ironman, and was a volunteer kayaker for a swimmer during an 8-mile open ocean swim. I'm great in hot, humid weather and bundle up like a 200-pound snowman in cold temperatures. I do ski, so obviously, winter has its allure! I'm open to any kind of pet. During my first Nomador experience in France, I cared for two elderly horses, a cat and a dog. Our most recent family pet was Kevin, a veiled chameleon. I joined Rover.com as a pet sitter and submitted as references my pet-sitting reviews, all five-out-of-five stars. I've traveled to 34 countries thus far and loved them all. I speak French, German and Spanish fairly well; when in Italy, the Italian I learned comes back to me. I hope to gaining better fluency as I travel. I look forward to following your directions and rules so we can both enjoy our experiences and have precious peace of mind while "on the road again."

Jill a gardé notre maison pendant trois semaines, elle a pris soin de nos deux poneys qui necessitaient chacun un traitement particulier. Elle a été trés attentive à nos recommandations. Tim notre chat a reçu également de bons soins. Jill porte un grand intérêt à son environnement, et aux différents sites présents dans notre belle région. Elle nous avait préparé un délicieux repas pour notre retour et nous a offert une jolie aquarelle réalisée par ses soins. Elle vient de Floride et nous avons pris plaisir à échanger sur son pays. Je recommanderai Jill sans hésiter.
