Hello, I am a great lover of travel, animals, mother nature and new experiences. I have always had pets around me. Even though I don't keep pets, due to my wanderlust, I do adore them. Cats, Dogs, Horses, Rabbits Hamsters, Guinnea Pigs, Snakes, Spiders and the occasional Rainbow Larikeet. I am also an avid reader, and world history buff. As a cook I value fresh herbs and am an enthusiastic herbal gardener. I love the great outdoors, and the quiet it brings, but also like to mix it up on the urban side from time to time. I have a fun sense of humor, and try to see the silver lining in every cloud. I am an optimist. I know, I know, I'm not supposed to be an optimist at 62, lol. Fah! I am thankful, healthy, happy and willing to be surprised!!
