We are a 50 + old entrepreneurs couple with no obligations. Love looking after dogs and cats as well as other small pets such as chickens, ponies and other stuff. Are fit to play with the animals and or go for a walk.
We are non smokers and have our own transport.
Outside the Netherlands, we also have experience in France, England and Spain.
Minimum stay outside the Netherlands is 1 week.
We like to stay in a rural environment.
We like (important) that we can sleep and shower in a guest area.
Are available all year round except for the months of June, July and Aug. Do not have their own animals.
We do not ask for a travel allowance or accommodation allowance. references and photos on request

Silvana and Roel. In a word, it was fantastic the way you took care of our animals and left the house you inhabit. We couldn't wish for better. The contact between us left nothing to be desired. Never had a babysitter for our cats and falabellas before and then through a babysitting site and people you don't know is something to get used to. It was great to be able to visit our daughter in Switzerland thanks to your good care. We would like to leave again and hope that you will come here again for our animals. Thank you!!!

Roel and Silvana looked after our 3 dogs and cat for 10 days during a vacation of our own. It was the first time for us that we had people in our house, complete strangers, but after the first video call it felt like old times. They are very nice people, honest and very responsible for the animals. We left everything behind with peace of mind! The good thing is that the animals really are number 1 with them, and they don't come for their own holiday. (Spain is of course attractive to babysit!) I can really recommend working with them. For us this was an absolute super experience and we would have loved to have them as regular babysitters! Muriel & Valentino

Silvana and Roel are great, reliable and sweet house and (in our case) dog sitters. It was the first time for us to let strangers look after our house and our dog Fonszie. Quite exciting, but after an initial introduction via a video call, we knew it was all right. Silvana and Roel are independent, no-nonsense, have a good time together and really enjoy spending their holidays in another house with pets - as if they were at home in another house. They kept us informed during our holiday with the occasional message and photo. And when we returned, Fonszie was relaxed and cozy and the house was left super. It's like asking old friends to babysit. We can recommend everyone to invite Silvana and Roel. We hope that they will come to us again to spend a pleasant week with Fonszie. Super successful! Roel and Silvana just completed a two-week house sit for us, looking after our period home, 3 dogs, 3 cats and various outdoor animals. From our first conversation via email, it was clear they would be diligent and responsible house sitters and we had no reservations about leaving them to care for all that we hold dear. We were not disappointed. Their communication throughout our trip was excellent and we were delighted to receive notes, photos and videos showing how happy our pets were in their company. We also felt very comfortable leaving them to take care of our old and quirky home and knew they could handle any issues that may arise. They left our home is perfect condition and stayed to welcome us back after our travels. We would highly recommend them to anyone and wish them well in their house-sitting adventures.

Roel and Silvana looked after our Guusje (stubborn Wetterhoun) and our house in Buinen for almost a week. We had only had contact beforehand via a video call. But upon their arrival it immediately felt very familiar. Friendly people and clearly experienced sitters. Very nice were the photos and messages during our trip about how Guusje was doing. When we got home we found a clean house and a happy Guusje (and garlands because it was my birthday). In short, we are very more than satisfied.
