F - Baylee a 13 ans. Très indépendante mais jamais très loin de nous. Elle avait une sœur qui a été tuée par une voiture en octobre 2020. Cela a été un drame pour nous tous. Baylee pleurait jour et nuit, cherchait sa sœur partout, l'attendait devant la chatière. Après 4 mois, nous avons décidé d'adopter un autre chat. Nous ne savons pas grand chose du passé de Chaya. Différentes histoires. Nous ne connaissons même pas son âge. Mais ce que nous savons avec certitude, c'est qu'elle est totalement traumatisée et qu'elle a une peur panique des humains. Elle ne sort pas. Nous avons sécurisé le balcon pour qu'elle puisse prendre l'air la nuit, quand elle ne se cache plus.
E - Baylee is 13 years old. Very independant but always "not far" from us. She had a sister who has been killed by a car in october 2020. It has been a drama for all of us. Baylee was crying day & night, looking for her sister everywhere, waiting for her in front of the catdoor. So after 4 month we decides to adopt another cat. We don't know a lot about Chaya's past. Different stories. We don't even know her age. But what we know for sure, is that she is totaly traumatized and has panic fear from Humans. She doesn't go out. We secured the balcony so she can get fresh air at night, when she stop hidding.
D - Baylee ist 13 Jahre alt. Sehr unabhängig, aber immer „nicht weit“ von uns entfernt. Sie hatte eine Schwester, die im Oktober 2020 von einem Auto getötet wurde. Es war ein Drama für uns alle. Baylee weinte Tag und Nacht, suchte überall nach ihrer Schwester, wartete vor der Katzentür auf sie. Also haben wir uns nach 4 Monaten entschlossen, eine andere Katze zu adoptieren. Wir wissen nicht viel über Chayas Vergangenheit. Verschiedene Geschichten. Wir wissen nicht einmal ihr Alter. Was wir aber mit Sicherheit wissen ist, dass sie total traumatisiert ist und panische Angst vor Menschen hat. Sie geht nicht mehr raus. Wir haben den Balkon gesichert, damit sie nachts an die frische Luft kann, wenn sie sich nicht mehr versteckt.

Dates fixes.

Large 230 m² house, arranged over 4 levels, with a small garden. Located in a very quiet residential suburban area, 10 minutes from Zurich international airport (without aircraft noise).

- Location : The beautiful city of Zurich is 20 minutes away. Municipal swimming pool 15 minutes' walk. The Rhine Falls (Europe's largest waterfall), the mountains less than an hour away, Lake Zurich 20 minutes away. Germany is 15 minutes away and Alsace 1 hour by car.

- Layout: The house is semi-detached, on 4 levels with a 50 m² terrace/garden on the 1st floor.
Level 1 (ground floor): entrance, TV room, guest shower room, utility room, pantry, cloakroom.
Level 2: open-plan kitchen, dining room, livingroom, wc, terrace, garden.
Level 3: master bedroom, office, master bathroom with bathtube and shower, guest bedroom on two levels.
Level 4: guest bedroom mezzanine

Please note: there are a lot of stairs in the house. Guest bedroom on level 3 and guest bathroom on level 1. Possibility of using the bathroom on level 3 when we are away.
- Facilities: Washing machine. Tumble dryer. Dishwasher. Fridge. Freezer. Conventional oven. Microwave oven, steamer. Home cinema. Blender. Nespresso Coffee machine (on request normal filter coffee machine). Barbecue. e-bikes. Household linen. WiFi Internet access (bring your own computer), small swimming pool.

- Pets to keep : Baylee, a 13-year-old Siberian cat, operated, very independent. Chaya, 1 cat adopted 4 years ago. Age unknown. Very disturbed and traumatised cat. Baylee is allowed to go out during the day, but must be home in the evening.

- Outside: Terrace (approx. 20 m²) with garden furniture, small swimming pool and small garden (approx. 50 m²), located above the garage and TV room.

- Occupant profile : Non-smoker(s) only. A car is essential for visiting the surrounding area and for mobility (limited public transport).
