Hi - I have a jack russell terrier mix and three cats of varying breeds. They are all quite easy to take care of. The dog needs a walk once or twice a day (he is great to go out and about with you on your trips. It is pretty likely that he will wake you up to go pee in the middle of the night which will be a bit of a pain! One of my cats needs medicine put in her ear twice per day to control her thyroid levels - very easy to do at morning and evening feedings.

I live in a penthouse apartment in the city of Gandia - it is 2 - 3 kilometers from an awesome beach. I have just moved in so the interior decorating is not yet complete. I am three kilometers to the beautiful beach in Gandia and the Mountains are right behind me, as you can see in the pictures. The train station to Valencia (1 hour) is a five minute walk.

The apartment itself is spacious and full of light and views from every window. The beds are comfortable with great linens. The kitchen is fully equipped. I do not have a car, but if you rent or have a car, I do have a garage space for you to use. It is It is a wonderful small city that is also close to Valencia and to many natural wonders.

I have chosen yes to my house being suited for a person with disabilities because there is an elevator and it is on a single floor. However, we should discuss your needs to ensure that this will be accessible and comfortable for you.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sam qui est très accueillant et sympathique. Ses animaux sont aussi très gentil, Watson le chien qui chante, les chats différents mais très facile à garder. Le joli appartement de Sam et sa situation en plein centre rend la vie et les achats et promenades faciles. Nous recommendons aux amis des animaux dont il faut prendre grand soin ! It was a great pleasure and relief having Sam look after my home and two dogs, He is absolutely capable of dealing with a crisis ( The worst Dana/floods Valencia has ever seen) He lost power and water for some time but kept positive and calm during what was truly a horrific experience. I strongly recommend Sam for pet/ house sitting, he sent me photos regularly and loved my dogs. I hope we shall cross paths again, couldn’t meet a nicer, more competent and easy going guy.
