1 Dog

We have a 2 year old English Setter called Awhi (pronounced Afie). He needs to be walked twice a day, normally around midday and once in the evening. We live close to a reservoir and the beach is walking distance as well so there are plenty of walk options. He sleeps in the living room under the table and is pretty relaxed in between walks. He is a hunting dog though so someone who has experience with active dogs is preferred.

Newly renovated 3 bd terraced house in a quite neighbourhood, 25 mins walk from the nearest beach. We have a little pool in the Garden and sun soaked terrace.

Bidart is a beautiful Basque village, 20 mins drive from the Spanish boarder and 10 mins drive (30mins cycle) to Biarritz. There are dozens of stunning beaches within a few mins drive or a short cycle if the ocean/surfing/tanning is your thing. If you prefer the mountains, a short drive inland will take you to the foot of the Pyrenees, and a little bit further (2hrs drive) will bring you to the high Pyrenees where you can ski in the winter or hike through some of the most picturesque spots in France.

Seamus et son amie sont adorables. Awhi est un chien exceptionnel, très facile à vivre : très délicat, sensible, à l'écoute, il dort beaucoup, aime se balader et guetter les chats, oiseaux et particulièrement les canards. Il aime les câlins et demande à jouer avec ses jeux de temps en temps. Il sait aussi se faire comprendre et vous montrer ce qu'il veut : il m'a fait découvrir son quartier en tirant sur sa laisse quand il voulait aller ailleurs ( lol). Bidart et l'environnement de la maison (intérieur et extérieur) sont très agréables. Merci de votre confiance.
