We have two Mini-pigs, four ducks, some chickens and five sheep. They get along by themselves during the day, but need to be let out of the stable in the morning and brought back in in the evening. They need to be fed once a day and some of them like to cuddle. The veggie patch and the front garden has to be watered. The mailbox has to be checked. You can eat the veggies and fruit from our garden.

Our home is in West-Saxony, close to the Thuringian border. You can visit Dresden and Leipzig from here within a one-hour-drive. Enjoy the countryside of Saxony with some cute little villages and towns. South from Leipzig you can find wonderful lakes to swim, standup-paddle or cycle around. Visit Chemnitz and Zwickau or have a look at some of the old castles nearby.

Nachdem ich mir alles im Herbst schon einmal vor Ort angeschaut hatte, war es dann trotz vieler Tiere alles jetzt gut zu bewältigen. Sogar meinen Hund Freddie durfte ich mitbringen. Jedes mal gab es lecker Kuchen bei Ankunft. Ich durfte eine dufte Familie kennen lernen, sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich. Alles war super vorbereitet und ich habe mich in dem wunderbaren, neu renovierten, sehr alten Haus schnell wie daheim gefühlt. Es war sehr schön mit Freddie die zwei Wochen dort zu verbringen und auch einige der schönen kleinen Städte drumherum mit herrlichen Schlössern, schönen Parks ..... zu genießen. Schweine , Schafe, Kaninchen, Enten und ein Hahn haben das Bauernhoffeeling komplett gemacht. Wenn Franziska wieder anfragt bin ich gern wieder da.
