I have a cozy and comfortable apartment in the center of Lisbon but the local part, it’s a T1, it’s really made for one person. I have a big bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are big enough. I have a desk in my room, a window with the view to the street, a table for two for lunch time or a glass of wine.

Tourism and Leisure

I have a local coffee shop next to the building, gyms, cocktail bars, laundry and a “quiosque”. It’s a really nice area of Lisbon, more of a local living people street, but close to a lot of interesting places and restaurants and to wine places. I usually go to a cowork by walk, located in less than a 10min walk, you also have Arroios metro station which make it perfect if you want to go anywhere by public transportation.

We had the pleasure of taking care of Kyra for 12 days and she is a wonderful cat. Very easy going, fun, full of energy and just lovely. We explored Lisbon and did a couple of day trips. The flat is well located for transport as the metro is 5 minutes away. From there, you can get pretty much anywhere. The neighborhood has many restaurants, a couple of great wine bars not far, and a nice place to grab a late drink in the park nearby. Nicole is very communicative and provided many great bar and restaurant suggestions. It was obvious she really wanted us to have a good time in Lisbon. The flat is located in a somewhat busy corner so there is noise. The windows once closed are quite soundproof so it did not bother us too much. The flat is also small. We were two people and we were fine but if you like space, this ain't for you. The kitchen is ok but if you like cooking a lot, this might not be a sit for you. We knew all this going in because Nicole was very straightforward before we committed. She was clear and honest so if these things don't bother you, we recommend this sit!
