Weasel is a sweet, affectionate indoor-outdoor gray tabby cat. She is 19 years old and in excellent health though she sleeps 22 hours a day. She loves to be petted and brushed. She is easy to care for.

We have an attractive home in the charming Southgate neighborhood that is close to Stanford University. Our living room has high ceilings, a large bay window, a smart tv and a gas fireplace. We have a king bed in the master suite and a queen bed in the guest room. Our dining room has a table, piano and sofa and can be used as a dining room, sitting room or music room. Our cat Weasel sleeps mostly in the guest room and the third bedroom which we use as a study. We have a large beautiful private patio enclosed by an ivy-covered brick wall with three separate sitting areas including dining in front of an outdoor fireplace, sitting around a firepit, and a small patio with seating outside the master bedroom. We have a gardener, Mario, who comes every other week. We have pretty rugs on hardwood floors in the kitchen, dining room and living room and new carpet in the bedrooms.

Tourism and Leisure

Our quiet tree-lined street in Palo Alto ends at Peers Park and we are the last house on the left. Nearby Stanford offers lectures, theater, concerts, and art exhibitions at the Cantor Museum. Downtown Palo Alto is the heart of the Silicon Valley tech industry with many shops and restaurants. We are a 10-minute walk from California Avenue, which has many restaurants and a Sunday farmer's market as well as a train station for easy transportation through many charming villages either north to San Francisco or south to San Jose. The nearest grocery store is a five-minute bike ride or 15-minute walk. Town & Country shopping center with a Trader Joe's is ten minutes by car or a 20-minute walk. The train from Palo Alto to San Francisco takes 30-40 minutes and the train to San Jose takes 25 minutes but the train also stops at many cute villages in between including Menlo Park, Redwood City, San Carlos, Burlingame, Mountain View, Sunnyvale and Santa Clara. Our neighborhood is friendly and safe. We offer access to one of our cars if you have proof of driver's license.
