Needs and animals

1 Dog

Our dog is a large Labradoodle (part Labrador and part poodle) of 5 1/2 years of age with a beautiful loving temperament. Very easy to look after and will get plenty of exercise if a ball or toy is thrown for him.
However, he does love a walk.

House

Large modern, near new home in semi-rural setting on 3500 m2, partly landscaped with trees, lawn, daffodils and roses. 8 kilometers from city center and about 10 minutes travel time. Close to all facilities. The main living room is very comfortable with a near new leather lounge setting and large flat screen TV. There is separate comfortable accommodation downstairs with its own bedroom and ensuite plus a smaller kitchen and large TV. There is a range of exercise equipment including an exercise bike, and rowing machine. A deck next to the Living Room provides a semi-outdoor relaxing area and there is a gas BBQ in a porch at the rear of the house and a rear sheltered deck. The neighbours are very friendly. They know all the major places to visit. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a modern kitchen with European appliances and a full range of quality cooking equipment. There is a ducted air conditioning / heating system to provide warmth or cooling. Our dog, Mister Max sleeps indoors. He is an easy care, friendly dog and great company. The house is close to central Launceston, despite its rural aspect. There are many attractions to visit in Launceston. …
