The house is in the city, in a residential neighborhood but full of nature and garden. All you see when you look outside is green, and at night you just hear is a peaceful silent and the the croaking of frogs. Although the house is also positioned near the beach, with a 5 minutes walk you can find 2 beautiful public beaches and a private one. If you want to see the city center, there is a bus stop at 3 minutes from the house that can took you there in around 15-20 minutes.
