Big garden | 2 Cats

I have two cats, one is an 8 month-old female and the other one is a very curious boy and climbs everywhere. They are both very friendly, they never scratch or bite.

They are both very healthy but you must be careful not to let them leave the house when you open the door to come in or go out.

Additional information about these dates

I will be travelling to France to spend Christmas with my family on December 14 and returning on December 29. I would appreciate it if you arrive on the 13th in order to meet and leave on the 30th.

House

My house is a restored listed historic monument dating back to the Venetian period, in the old town of Nicosia. . The neighbourhood is very quiet.
The house sitter/s will sleep on the mezzanine on a very comfortable 200 x 160 mattress. There is a private bathroom and shower on the mezzanine. They will have access to the rest of the house and a fully equipped kitchen.
My garden is heavenly with local plants and has a watering system. I have a big olive tree a newly planted lemon tree and a young Cypress tree.
I prefer not to post pictures on the net, but you will get a video tour as soon as we get in touch.

Tourism and Leisure

The neighbourhood is within the Venetian walls, close to the green line, walking distance from restaurants, bars and cafes and the intercity bus station that takes you to other cities in Cyprus.
It is also at walking distance from the farmer's market that you cannot miss.
From where the house is located, it is very easy to walk to Ledra street from where you can cross the border and visit the Turkish-occupied part of the city. The other side offers a completely different atmosphere.
