Molly - 11-year-old female Golden Retriever. She's gentle, friendly, enjoys walks, attention, and relaxing around the house.

KiKi - female American Shorthair silver tabby kitten, born in June 2026. She's playful, curious, and incredibly social. She loves attention, cuddles, and following people around the house.

We will be departing on December 16th and would like our house sitter to arrive on December 15th, one day earlier, to meet our pets, get familiar with their routines, and ensure a smooth transition. We will return on January 4th, and the sitter will need to depart that same day. We're happy to arrange airport pickup from either Tampa International Airport (TPA) or Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ). House rules & preferences Single sitters or couples only — no families with children. No additional pets. Strictly non-smoking property (indoors and outdoors). No parties, overnight visitors, or outside guests. Please respect our private rooms and designated off-limits areas. We're looking for responsible, respectful sitters who will treat our home and pets with care while enjoying their Florida holiday!

Our home is a spacious, single-story house with an open-plan living area and a private swimming pool overlooking a peaceful pond and golf course.

House sitters will have access to a private guest room with a desk and a queen-size pull-out sofa bed, along with a separate bathroom (both pictured in the photos). All common areas, including the kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry room, and outdoor patio and pool, are available for use.

The primary bedroom, bathroom, and other private rooms will remain off-limits.

We're also happy to provide a video tour of the house for anyone interested!

Our home is located in Palmer Ranch, a peaceful, green residential area in South Sarasota, Florida. It's a great base for enjoying Florida's sunshine, beautiful beaches, and outdoor activities in December!

Siesta Key Beach: Just 15 minutes by car, famous for its stunning white sand and turquoise waters.

Downtown Sarasota: About 20 minutes away, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, art galleries, and cultural attractions.

Legacy Trail: Nearby paved trail, perfect for walking, jogging, and cycling.

Shopping & groceries: Plenty of convenient options nearby, including Publix, Costco, Walmart, Target, and other shops, all within a short drive.

A car is necessary to fully enjoy the area, as public transportation is limited and most attractions, beaches, and shops are best reached by driving.
