Hello! We live in a one bedroom apartment in downtown Washington D.C. with two kittens named Chimi and Churri. The kittens are very easy to care for and are incredibly social, playful, and loving. They love play time and snuggle sessions. The apartment itself is on the 12th floor and has a full kitchen, Netflix and other subscription services, and full wifi access. Our building has a beautiful rooftop that overlooks the city with a pool, grills that you can use, and many seating areas to host friends. There are also two gyms and fitness classes in our building that you can access for free. Our neighborhood has many restaurants and bars all within a block of our building. A grocery store is directly across the street as well. We would love to host you and give any recommendations for fun things to do in D.C! Our neighborhood is steps away from the National Mall, where most of D.C.'s free Smithsonian museums are. Delicious restaurants and fun nightlife are within blocks of our apartment. Many people bring up a bottle of wine and grill on our rooftop that overlooks the city. The apartment itself is very quiet with minimal street noise as the view overlooks a quiet side street. Our building has easy access to all the Metro train service lines, is a ten minute drive from Reagan National Airport, and is a fifteen minute walk to Union Station, the stop for most trains to other U.S. cities.

Arianna and Ryan have a clean, comfortable apartment in a great location in D,C., very walkable and close to public transit. Communication was great. The apartment was tidy and comfortable with space set aside for my things. The cats were fun, friendly, hilarious, and easy to care for. I miss their purrs and antics already. Highly recommended.
