Maison 3 chambres de plain-pied (= 3 lits doubles) avec jardin sans vis-à-vis à 1,5 km du port et de la plage de Binic. (20 mn à pied pour la plage, le port, les restaurants, la superette...)
Lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, seche-linge... maison non fumeur !

J'ai une chienne Golden Retriever de 13 ans et une chatte de 8 ans, très calmes.

The house has 3 bedrooms with a queen size bed each, on one level (no stairs). There's a garden all around the house, which is situated in the countryside, on a hiking trail close to the beach and harbor of Binic (1 mile, 20 min walk). Lots of restaurants, supermarket there.
The house 'got a dishwasher , washing machine and dryer. I don't smoke, I don't want any people smoking inside.

My Golden Retriever is 13 years old, I walk her 15 min each day. The cat lives in the garage, and mostly out.
