We need someone who loves cats and will make it their priority to feed and play with them every day. We have one live plant that will need watering every two weeks. If the stay is in the winter time, the front walkway will need to be shovelled but the rest is handled by a snow removal service. The house is cleaned inside every two weeks but it should be maintained daily to keep the collection of cat fur down. A quick sweep/vacuum is all it takes.

House

Modern, completely renovated bungalow on 2/3 of an acre with backyard privacy, swimming pool, and hot tub. We are very close to all the ski hills so if you are looking to ski, it would be a great place to stay. There are also many hiking trails around us that you can enjoy.

We also have a pool table, dartboard and a full gym to pass the time when not skiing. A car is needed to get around as there is no public transportation but there are grocery stores, movie theatre, etc within a 5-minute drive.

It's like living in the country but 5 minutes drive to the city. Very peaceful with a lot of trees around. You can see the Niagara Escarpment from the front window.

Since I'm looking for a house sitter for the winter period, our house would be perfect for someone who loves to ski, hike or snowshoe. We also have a Scandinave Spa, some caves and lots of other areas that can be explored within 30-45 minutes from where we live. Close to Collingwood, Wasaga, Blue Mountain. And we have a lovely hot tub that you can use apres-ski!

Suzanne and Peter have three lovely kitties that are healthy and very, very lovable. They, also have a beautiful home that is very comfortable. Kitties and house were easy to car for; secure neighborhood and beautiful yard. Suzanne and Peter are wonderful warm people. We hope that we will be able to sit for them again.
