Artists residence in calm and rural area, ideal for retreat, working on a book, enjoying silence and nature close to a little lake

We have a canoe and direct possibilities to let it into water. A collection of disc (LP), classic, rock and children. A huge trampoline!!

The apartment you will look for is owned by a women doing pottery, just living in the other side of the house. Its a little bit isolated from the village, so its very calm and relaxing. You have a view over the lake, and you can take a ride by canoe if its not frozen. The apartment itself is full of light and warmth, even in winter. Next shopping possibilities is 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes in Rostock, the biggest town in northeast Germany.
