Animals with specific needs | Many plants | 2 Dogs | 1 Cat | 1 Farm animal

We have 2 dogs that need to be fed twice a day, a cat that eats nonstop, and a number of farm creatures that need general feed and care. It's about an hours worth of work, twice a day. I also have houseplants that need watering. Other than that, it's just general care and maintenance of a large house, cleaning up after yourself, and sometimes dealing with hired helpers on the farm.

Comfortable, large farmhouse on 22 acres of beautiful land. In the country, but close to major city amenities. Lots of animals to take care of, including 2 dogs and 1 cat, plus farm animals. 4 alpacas, 1 llama, 10 pigs, and lots of chickens. All the farm animals are easy going and easy to take care of.

Peace and quiet, when the roosters aren't crowing. It's beautiful here, with so much to see and explore just on the property itself. There's also a million beautiful day trips in the area, from parks to ocean to mountains. Seattle and Portland are both within 1.5hrs of the farm, though not as easy to make a day trip out of. But if you like nature, hiking, and just enjoying time spent relaxing outside or inside, this is the place to do it. There's a hot tub on the deck for cold rainy nights, a gas fireplace in the atrium on the deck, and a large firepit in the backyard.

Tourism and Leisure

There's absolutely incredible parks within 15min of the house, including Millersylvania State Park, which is a beautiful beach and hiking area. Mt Rainier is within 45 min, and has some incredible hikes. And just in town, in Tenino, there are comfortable and safe walking trails. There is a large mall only 20min north of the house, with theatres, good restaurants, and plenty of shopping.
