Needs and animals

1 Cat

I have an adopted, rather timid but very sweet tabby cat. He's neutered and because he's shy, I'd prefer a single or a couple maximum. His needs are simple: food, water and affection and a couple of daily litter cleanings, which are flushable.

It's a lovely, quiet apartment, charming, close to everything in Seattle, the building is 8 apartments arranged around a courtyard, no neighbors above or below and everyone friendly. It's like a little house: big bedroom, kitchen, living room and dining room and walking or bussing distance to everything.

There's a Breville Barista Express coffee machine.

It's very quiet yet located on top of a hill in the middle of the city of Seattle, walking distance to the Space Needle, the Seattle Center, Pike Place Market, everything. I don't own a car and get around fine, even to and from the airport. The neighborhood is one of Seattle's best, very residential yet with shopping and restaurants and cafes nearby.
