Needs and animals

We have a very sweet, quiet and well-behaved five-year old Pointer. He needs to go out for quick walks in the morning and before bed and then two bigger walks during the day. If you can't manage two walks, we can have our dogwalker come some days. He also needs eye medication twice a day, also in the morning and before bed, but it's really easy to apply. Other than that just be respectful of the house and enjoy yourself!

Beautiful, very typical Dutch house, right in the center of town on a canal. Five minutes to the train station which can take you straight to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht or beyond.

We have two bicycles you're free to use and two BBQs (one gas and one charcoal) on the patio.

We're right in the middle of the Hague center, five minutes from one of the two train stations in one direction, and five minutes from the city center in the other. Shopping, cafes, restaurants, bars, anything you might need are right outside the door or within a few minutes' walk. We live on the second floor of a beautiful house with big bay windows overlooking a canal, a big open kitchen and a nice patio in the back. Our quiet and thoughtful landlords occupy the rest of the house.

Tourism and Leisure

The Netherlands is really small and it's easy to get anywhere from our house. Both train stations are really close and they can take you anywhere -- including Amsterdam in about 50 minutes.
