We have a six-year-old tuxedo cat called Gomez. He is very relaxed and cuddly, and likes the company of people. We live in the West of Amsterdam on the 2nd and 3rd floors. He has access via a cat flap to a litter tray on the 2nd floor balcony, which is closed off with a cat net, and access to the roof terrace on the 3rd floor via a cat flap. He roams happily around the terraces on the block, mostly lying around on ours.

His needs are simple: food twice a day, litter changes, cuddles and some play :)

The apartment is in the west of Amsterdam spread across the 2nd and 3rd floor, with a balcony on 2nd floor and a roof terrace off the bedroom on the 3rd. It is a three-bed, set up with a master bedroom (with access to the roof terrace), and an office with screens set up for two people. The bathroom is on the 3rd floor with a shower, bath and toilet, and there is a separate toilet on the 2nd floor.

Our apartment is an up-and-coming neighbourhood in the west of Amsterdam. It's located in 5 mins from Erasmus Park and Westerpark, and 10 mins from Rembrandt Park. There is a climbing wall and a padel court 2 minutes walk away! Farine, our favourite bakery, is a 5-minute walk - we have many other restaurant and bar tips for the area and Amsterdam in general.

Nous remercions Esther et Charles pour ce magnifique séjour à Amsterdam. Nous avons été accueillis très gentiment dans leur joli nid. Gomez, le chat, en plus d'être très beau vient chercher les câlins a l'envie. Il a adoré faire la sieste à côté de Denis. Tout était facile (déplacements, visites...). Esther welcomed us with a cup of tea, introduced us to Gomez, and showed us her lovely, beautifully decorated apartment. The apartment is very well located: you can easily take public transport or even walk to the city center, while still enjoying the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. It’s the perfect place to stay when visiting Amsterdam! Gomez is a very cute and relaxed big cat; he loves his resting time but also enjoys cuddles and playtime.
