Dear cat & Berlin Lovers! I offer a beautiful artistic atelier in the north eastern part of Berlin, with the most wonderful cat as a companion! The place is quiet, spacious, high celings, with outdoor access. The cat is playful, loving, funny and loves to connect. Being a cat, she has her little routine: mostly becoming active between 5 and 6 pm, connecting for a little bit, by 8 or 9 pm, she strolls the neighborhood and is in the garden. During the day, she is primarily inside, sleeping, playing and cuddling a bit. She is an easy cat, with a lovely personality! However, she lost her feline companion a couple of years ago, and is used to me working/ being at home mostly, so she should not be left alone more than 4 - 6 hours, as she is not used to that and gets a little more attached, when I am away.
If your schedule blends well with hers, its a perfect match. Every cat lover, pet sitter has fallen in love with her! :-)

As of my departure, the 10th if April is not negotiable, the return date could be negotiated for a few days more.

My place is one of the very original Berlin style converted former industrial places - formerly a car garage. The entire garage got bought by artists and converted to 4 side by side ateliers, one of them mine for 10 years now. It is a fabulous Live- Work loft on the ground floor, almost 4 meter ceilings, lots of light, access to the green backyard, in the quaint part of Weissensee. Weissensee us right next to popular Prenzlauer Berg, has a lovely lake for leisure, walks and swimming, and is very clise to the city center, yet far away to be quiet. It is a safe part of Berlin, and carries a charming mix of the former better part of East Berlin, today mixed with contemporary artistic elements. It has an accredited Art School, a good library across the street, the original famous Delphi theater from the 20-ties, and the newly renovated cultural center with interesting music and other programs. I live and do my design work here, the atelier is spacious, light, cozy and also has a couole of large work tables. It offers a sanctuary situated fairly central, as a taste of the original Berlin, that, for the most part, has managed to escape gentrification.

The atelier is not luxurious, but it's beautiful, creative and offers an oasis of peace.
Berlin has everything one could possibly need and want. It's a perfect place for a Single person, possible for a couple, who is ok with a small bathroom, and a tiny, but well equipped kitchen - all in one large space. .

Berlin offers a rich diversity culturally, in all its arts, music, exhibits, markets, events, operas, libraries - all in front of your doorstep! It also is a "foodie town" and culinary heaven! Within 5 minutes walk, you have a post office, banks, movie theatres, restaurants, sports clubs, public transport, health food markets, supermarkets, media market, convenience stores, pharmacies, doctors etc. as our beautiful lake. Parking is nk. oroblem. By car, within 20 - 30 km, you find lovely natural areas to walk, bike and swim. Brandenburg offers many forests, parks, beautiful lakes and quaint little sleepy towns, worth to be discovered.

Get a travelguide BERLIN :-) A must see is Friedrichstadtpalast, at least one of the three Operas, Berlin Mitte, the outdoor markets, the flea markets and wonderful Spas. And it is great for history lovers, see the history museum, and do historic walks in the various parts of Berlin. It never gets boring! Make sure you also visit our lakes and parks close by.
