Animals with specific needs | 4 Cats

I have three 10 year old cats who are siblings and generally low maintenance. I also have an 18 year old cat who is fairly healthy but has hypothyroidism. She lives in the kitchen area to keep her away from the other cats and needs a 1/2 pill 3 x daily. I give it with food and it's not really a big issue. I'd like the siblings fed 2-3 times a day and the 18 year old fed whenever she asks. Litter scooped daily, fresh water daily and mail brought in. I also have some plants that may need watering.

I live in a quiet suburban neighborhood in East Cobb County outside of Atlanta, close to shopping centers. The house is a split level with the entrance through the carport into the main level of the house where the kitchen, living room, kitchen/studio and screened in porch are. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. The lower level is an "in-law suite" and has a separate entrance and is mostly at ground level. It's the sunniest area of the house as it is south facing. Off the kitchen I have a large screened in porch that overlooks a beautiful back yard. Nothing fancy but it's comfortable. I am about 15 minutes to the Square in Marietta where there is a farmers market on Saturdays and has lots of restaurants; it's also near sports stadiums, and is an easy ride into the city of Atlanta and surrounding towns as it is very close to Route 75.
