Must love animals! Our pug/beagle mix needs to go for a walk a few times a day and may need an additional bathroom break. He is friendly, but can have a lot of energy sometimes. One cat is older and needs to be given special food and a bit of extra attention so she eats lots! She is finicky so it's best to clean the litter box a couple times per day.

Comfortable apartment in the heart of Valencia city. A short walk to Turia park, El Carmen and tons of great restaurants and cafes. Large terrace and everything you need to feel at home, including AC for hot summer days. We have two cats and one dog. Preference to someone who has lots of experience with animals.

Air conditioning/heater unit in the bedroom and living room area.

We are within walking distance to everything you need. Parks, restaurants, tourist attractions. The apartment is off the main street so it's not super noisy, but still close to transit. Our large terrace is perfect for relaxing on in the evening with a glass of wine. July and August can be hot, but the apartment has ample air flow, fans and air conditioning when you need it.
