Needs and animals

1 Cat

Have a cat that you give a wet food treat to in the morning and at night....and check dry food and refill as needed, Change drinking water daily.
Have 1 plant to water weekly
Take garbage out weekly
Recycle monthly.

Additional information about these dates

I would like the housesitter to arrive before I leave on June 25th to overlap 2-3 days with me. I am not sure of my schedule and could return in mid-July or stay away until the end of Sept....even longer. The house sitter could stay in the in the apartment upstairs, rent free, if I come back inbetween trips. In fact I wouldn't mind if this turned into a long term rental for the upstairs for an indefinite time.

2 BR 2 BA home wth ocean views from every room. 10 min walk to beach. 7 min drive to town.
Have 1 cat needing TLC.

Very tranquil and serene.
Hurricane season is mid Aug-October and I will instruct sitters how to prepare if one comes our way. There is hurricane protection for the house.
TV is and Apple TV only. I have Netflix
Have USA./Canada phone in the hime..not good for local Mexican calls. You would use your cell phone for that,
Fabulous restaurants in town and a few before town a few min drive, 2 miles to town
Mini grocery open until 10 pm

Tourism and Leisure

There are tons of art galleries and excellent restaurants to experience. There are short and long bike or walking trails through the desert that you can walk to from the house.
There are day expeditions that you can do on your own or have a guide to snorkeling an scuba diving locations.....as well as kiteboarding and surfing. There are miles and miles of sparsely populated beaches to walk as far as you heart desires. The sunrises and sunsets are more than spectacular.
