There is one apartement we rent by airbnb, maybe you´ll have to atend guests while were out.

Pito a 13 years old dog ,half -breed, which is acostumbrated to be always on our side. He never stays alone at home. Like a Senior, he has visual defect and a bit deafness, he need pacient people to handle him kindly and take him with you.
Buses and Restaurants don´t allow dogs inside and in the car it´s to hot to leave it inside. Dificult to find a place at shadow. So it´s not only "holiday". Get a mention!
Very sensitive, peaceble and obedient.He moves by himself feeling free in the garden. He loves to go for a short walk 2 times every day at the wood- nearby (10 minutes by car), there he relieves better.
Food is not complicated, he needs once a day dried food and fresh water.
Two cats has adopt us and are very clinging,too.
Besides we have to give fresh water every day and food once a week to the aviary.
We have plants to water by hose, about 1 hour work outside every day to do.
You may be able to clean your flat yourself before leaving or pay to the homemaid if you want her to do it for you. We are very house proud, so it will be necessary to accept.

Our big House, 2 floors, 3 independent flats. The flat downstairs is one of you´ll will be live in during your stay or the other one in the first floor up, depending on which is vacancy. We often have tourist at the one downstairs by Vivienda Vaccacional.

Bedroom with king size bed.
Bathroom with window,shower, basin, Bidet, Toilet,
Kitchen full equiped, but WITHOUT dishwasher.
House is Comfortable, cosy, sea view, mountain view, nature around, not to far from next town (2 KM)
We´re looking for max. 2 persons. Non-Smoker, responsables ,tidy and carefully persons, adults only which are Non Smokers and able to manage cats, dog, atending the garden giving water to the plantsand atend the birds. and be present for the tourists at the flat downstairs if there are some in.
2 km from next town, you´d should have to hire a care by yourself.

Our old dog is fit, sensible, deaf, but obedient and loving, he loves to walk at nature.
Because of dog is acostumbrated not to stay alone at home, you´ll have to take him with you if you leave for excursions.

Some plants needs to be watered every day, its about one hour job every day. Some birds needs fresh water every day an fresh seeds once a week.

Good place for relax at home or people who loves walking and hiking in nature.

This Island is part of UNESCO Biosphäre Reservation, ideal for hiking and walking.
The beaches here are black therapeutic Lavasand.
