It’s ideal for someone looking for a calm, lived-in space while enjoying the local rhythm of the city. The apartment is fully furnished and includes a comfortable bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area with plenty of natural light. Just steps away from green spaces, shops, cafes, and public transportation.

The metro is only 10 minutes away on foot and you can reach Lisbon downtown in 20 minutes metro ride. The airport is 10 minutes away by car. Life here is peaceful yet connected, with everything you need close by.

This was my very first experience with Nomador and I couldn’t have asked for a better one. I stayed in Lisbon to take care of a cat (Coco), and it was truly a joy. He is such a sweet and easygoing companion, and I quickly felt at home with his routine. The apartment is cozy, comfortable, and well located as even it was a bit far from the center of Lisbon, there was an undergraund station 14 minutes walking distance, and then you can reach the city center in a 35 minutes. Therefore it easy to enjoy the city while also spending quality time with Coco. Communication with Ivan and Caterina was excellent from the very beginning—warm, clear, and thoughtful. I felt very welcome and appreciated all the detailed information that made the stay so smooth. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that left me with great memories of both Lisbon and the time I shared with Coco, very young and playful. I highly recommend this sit and would be very happy to return in the future.

To be greeted by Ivan and Catarina is like meeting old friends again. Coco is adorable and playful smart cat who I fell in love with from first side as with the family. The communication was very clear and updating.The location is very safe and has everything you possibly need/want within fingertips including beautiful river walks. And of course Lisboa has so much to offer.Thank you very much for having me and I hope to come back sometime again! Obrigado!
