Needs and animals

3 Dogs | 1 Farm animal

We have 1 beagle age 13 years and 2 Labradors age 6 years Alfie our Beagle suffers from Arthritis . They are quite happy to play in our garden which is very large.
Grass would need to be cut if needed every week and we have a sit and ride as well as a self propelled mower. The pathway will need to be weeded but this is easy as we have a large spray bottle that you fill and does most of the work for you. We have 2 ducks that will need to be fed each morning and given water in need.
The house must be kept clean and tidy and hoover every day having 3 dogs does give off a lot of hair.
Alfie (our Beagle) needs to be given a tablet morning and evening for his Arthritis he doesn't have a problem with taking these just put it in his food.
Sheep are extremely easy just a case of making sure they have fresh water and a head count each day.
Ducks need feeding once a day and given water when needed. When giving the water 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar is added to …

House

Old farmhouse in the country with very large garden for relaxation. Situated between Niort and Poitiers and about 1 hour from La Rochelle. Our house is a clean and comfortable 3 star home. Main heating is a log fire in the lounge. We are in the process of reroofing all the outbuildings therefore you will see a lot of tiles dotted about.

There is a large TV in your bedroom also plenty of Cd's available for watching films. We have English TV. A BBQ is also available for you to use.

Countryside is very relaxing. We do have neighbours nearby but most of them work but Guy who is retired and lives just down the lane would be more than happy to converse with you.
We have 3 super markets and restaurants close by ( 10/15 mins), A Boulangerie and Restaurant in the village with extremely good bread and cakes.
House is easy to look after . Weather is normally very good here.
We have 2 pedal bikes for you to use if you wished to do so.
