Needs and animals

1 Cat

We have a cat who is the only purpose of our proposal. She's just 1 year old, loves playing but independent. She mainly stays at home. Sometimes, during day, we open the door that she can access the stairs of the building to move on her own visiting neighbors, watching through the window (the back side is a communal garden backyard ) or just sitting in front of the door. She doesn't goes out of the building. When we're not at home, she stays inside.
She loves to drink straight from the tap.

Cute, light and calm apartment in the center of Geneva, neighborhood les Grottes, less than 5 minutes walking from Cornavin Train Station and 15 minutes walking from the lake. Main tramways and bus lines are nearby.
In front of a park, almost all of the rooms with view on the park,
Almost 100 square meters: 2 bedrooms & spacious kitchen & spacious bathroom with a separate toilette.
Private washing machine and dryer in the bath room.

We've a lot of comics and books in french and spanish.

Geneva is a small and calm city, I could say all the shopping and health facilities mentioned above (not only the ones chosen) are quite close (30 min max).

Airport is just 5 min by train, and train station is just 3 min from our apartment...

Summer time in Geneva offers plenty of outdoor plans (water sports or just swimming in the lake or the rivers, free open cinema and concerts), Surrounded by mountains (Alps, we can see the Montblanc just 1 hour from Geneva!), on the lake and crossed by 2 rivers (Rhone and Arve), it's rare to have high temperatures,
